Refund & Return Policy

At A N T I - M Ā Y Ā, every piece is made with intention and high quality standards. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges, subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose store credit, if available, or a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Non Returnable Items

Products purchased during sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.

Certain limited drops may be marked non returnable due to exclusivity.

How to Request a Return

Email us at connect@antimaya.in with your order ID and reason for return.

If your request is approved, we will share the return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve it at no additional cost.
